No matter if you are a trampoline beginner or a professional, everyone will get their money's worth in our different areas. Our well-trained instructors always have good tips ready and help you to develop your coordinative skills. They will also be happy to help you step by step with new tricks. Our professional support reduces the risk of injury. If you want to develop your skills further, you can either book one of our courses or a private lesson with a trainer.
Warming up together with our instructors ensures that your body is perfectly prepared for the sporting experience. Before jumping fun, the hall rules for safe trampoline jumping are explained. One of the most important basic rules is that two or more people may never jump on a trampoline at the same time. Children under the age of 7 must always explore the area accompanied by their legal guardians.
Safety first
Professional Care, support!
Special attention is paid to the training of our instructors.
There is one instructor from each team for every 20 visitors, so that the jumpers can be looked after ideally. Regular training ensures that our instructors are always up to date. Only the most modern trampolines and devices are used in the FLIP LAB. An important safety factor when learning new jumps are our air bags, the modern form of the schnitzel pit.
The FLIP LAB concept was developed right from the start in close collaboration with doctors and sports scientists. Markus Posch, PhD from the University of Innsbruck from the Institute of Sports Science: “In general, trampoline jumping is a great sport and helps with neurological development, promotes coordination & balance and also makes a decisive contribution to body awareness. Like any other sport, jumping on trampolines is associated with a certain risk of injury. Most injuries occur when the landing is unsuccessful and the trampolines are used improperly. By adequately warming up, training on the correct use of the trampoline or assistance in the first salto attempts by trained specialist staff, we help to minimize the risk of serious accidents on the trampoline and to significantly reduce the overall risk of injury.
